cecili is the daughter of claude-yves lowell and madeline evans. Like her mother, she has an electric soul. The young woman alternates between sabre/shield and that large sword her father keeps in his office... Cecili has a bursting persona, full of unyielding words confronting most brash. Longing for adventure, at times she sneaks off from her academic studies to visit her "uncle" and listen to his griping on how he's seen as lazy. She wholeheartedly agrees with him. Saying he's useful, the girl sees him as her personal butler sometimes...
